E-Commerce & Brand Designer

Location: Gibsonia, PA 15044 · In person
Pay: $65,000 – $80,000 per year + bonus ppportunities
Job Type: Full-time

We don't hire portfolios. We hire people who make things sell.

Awards don't impress us. Case studies don't impress us. Units sold does.

You own one number: revenue per design. Apparel, hard goods, the store, the email, the ads. If a customer sees it before they buy, you made it.

We have a separate role open for YouTube thumbnails. That work isn't yours. You get to be a designer, not a generalist absorbing whatever lands.

Who we're looking for

AI-first. You build your own tools — custom GPTs, image pipelines, agents that handle the repetitive work. We'll ask you to walk us through one.

Production-fluent. You build the vector file yourself. You know what DTF does to a blurry edge.

Fast. Apparel, web, email, and ads, without dropping deadlines.

If a design is art to you and never a product, this isn't a fit.

What you'll do

What you need

What you get

Real Impact — a store with real traffic. You see units move within days.

A Built System — brand guidelines, naming conventions, file specs, a design pipeline that already exists.

Speed & Autonomy — direct access to decision-makers. No approval chain. Budget for tools and contractors when volume spikes.

Benefits — full health coverage, PTO, paid parental leave, professional development assistance.

Upside — Bonuses per published design, unit-volume bonuses at 100 and 250 units, quarterly bonuses on hero drops.

How we hire

Fast, direct, no BS.

  1. Intro video — 1–3 minutes, unlisted YouTube.

  2. Questionnaire — position-specific. Tells us how you think.

  3. Paid test — $50. Real projects. Paid whether or not we move forward.

  4. Virtual interview — An interview with leadership via google meet.

  5. On-site half day — meet the team, live apparel sprint, lunch.

  6. Offer — if we're both fired up, we move.

How to apply

Send your resume and portfolio. Then record a 1–3 minute unlisted YouTube video.

Start with your name, where you're from, and a hobby. Then:

  1. Walk us through one design of yours that sold well and one that didn't. What was the difference?

  2. Show us an AI workflow or tool you built for your own design work.

We watch every one.
