Eligibility: The John Malecki LLC (the “Sponsor”) Father’s Day Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the continental United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of John Malecki LLC and JM Custom Builds LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  2. How to Enter:
    a. Purchase Entry:
    To enter into the Sweepstakes, eligible individuals may make a purchase of any item on the website (JohnMalecki.com) and the purchaser shall receive one (1) entry for every dollar spent. Purchasers will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes. Additional entries will be received on certain items as advertised on the website.
    b. No Purchase Entry:
    To receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, eligible individuals may submit unlimited entries via postcard to: John Malecki 1034 Executive Drive, Gibsonia, PA 15044

*Photocopies will not be accepted. Mass entries and entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means or by any means that subvert the entry process will be void. All entries become the official property of the sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission will not be deemed proof of receipt of entry by Sponsor.

  1. Prize:
    Two (2) winners will be selected. The first-place winner will choose their preferred tool bundle, second-place winner will receive the remaining tool bundle. Each winner will receive one (1) Fathers Day Giveaway bundle prize, with a total prize value of $2,773.39 (the "Prize"). The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are provided “AS IS” with no warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, made by the sponsor. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.

  2. Winner Selection and Notification:
    The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes Period shall begin on June 8th, 2025 at 12:00 A.M. and shall end on June 28th, 2025 at 11:59 PM. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will be conducted within two (2) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) days after the drawing. If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification or fails to comply with the Official Rules, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

  3. General Conditions:
    By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical difficulties or failure or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process.
