FREE RETURNS - Return your items for free for any reason. If you're not completely satisfied, we've got you covered. Return shipping label is on us, and you can choose a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
PACKAGE PROTECTION - Rest assured, if your package is lost, damaged in transit, or stolen, we've got you covered. Items are deemed "lost" after being stuck in transit without update for at least 7 days.
UNPROTECTED RETURNS:
If Checkout+ is not added to your order, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs will be communicated to you when a return is initiated. Packages that are lost, damaged in transit, or stolen are not covered.
RETURN GUIDELINES (ALL ORDERS):
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase, and all products must be returned unopened and unused. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, and in applicable original packaging (missing poly bags is acceptable).
Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original form of payment only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DIGITAL ITEMS
Digital items (such as plans) are delivered via a separate email containing a download link, sent to the email address used to complete your purchase. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Need further assistance? Contact help@johnmalecki.com.
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If you received an incorrect item, or your product is defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order, we will make it right. Once approved by our team, the purchase price and any shipping costs will be refunded to you. To initiate a return, please visit our return portal and explain the issue when prompted. If you still have questions, email help@johnmalecki.com and we'll take care of you.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Should the need arise to make a return, please visit our return portal. From there you will find your order and select the option to "Request Return". Select the items you wish to return as well as a reason for the return.
Please note that returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and follow all guidelines of our policy.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND
In most cases we will need to review the returned product before issuing a refund, which typically takes 5-7 business days from the time we receive your returned item. You will receive an email when your refund has been initiated. Please allow 24-48 hours for the funds to find their way back to your account. If 48 hours have passed without receiving your refund, please contact us at help@johnmalecki.com.
