Shipping Policy
Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipments for purchases made on our website.

1. Shipping Processing Times

Physical Items
All physical item orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Digital Items

All digital item orders are processed immediately. Digital orders that do not have a physical good attached to it, will immediately have a download link after checkout. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or multiple downloads in one order, links will be provided individually post checkout. If there you're experiencing difficulties downloading the digital items, please contact admin@johnmalecki.com for a new link.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on the method of shipment chosen and your shipment’s destination:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active once your order has been processed.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders may vary and are strictly based on the carrier.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

John Malecki's online store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

John Malecki's online store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier first to file a claim and then send an email to admin@johnmalecki.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
