Official Rules and Regulations
Eligibility:
The John Malecki LLC (“Sponsor”) Cutting Board Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the continental United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of John Malecki LLC, JM Custom Builds LLC, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Giveaway Period:
The giveaway begins on February 22, 2025, at 12:00 A.M. and ends on March 1, at 11:59 P.M. Eastern Time.
How to Enter:
Purchase Entry:
- Eligible individuals earn one (1) entry for every dollar spent on JohnMalecki.com. Purchases will automatically be entered into the giveaway.
- Additional entries may be offered on specific items as advertised on the website.
No Purchase Entry:
To enter without purchase, send a postcard with your full name, address, and email to:

Unlimited entries are allowed via postcard. Photocopies will not be accepted.
Mass entries, automated entries, or entries submitted via script or macro will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
Prize Details:
- (12) winners will receive a random hand made cutting board picked at random
- Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. It must be accepted as awarded and is provided "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees beyond manufacturer-provided terms.
Winner Selection and Notification:
Four winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
The drawing will take place within two (2) business days after the giveaway ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified via email within five (5) days of the drawing. Failure to respond within five (5) days or non-compliance with the rules will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be chosen.
General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree to these rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.
The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway due to tampering, fraud, technical difficulties, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
The Sponsor may disqualify any participant who violates these rules or tampers with the entry process and may seek damages as permitted by law.
Publicity:
Except where prohibited, winners agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, hometown, state, and statements for promotional purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation.
Release and Liability:
By entering, participants release the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of the giveaway or prize use/misuse. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, inaccurate entries, or other errors.
Disputes:
All disputes will be resolved in federal or state courts in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Participants waive claims for attorneys’ fees, punitive damages, and other damages beyond actual out-of-pocket expenses unless prohibited by law.
